Martha Kandali Silvanus

I am Martha Silvanus 34 years of age , last born and first graduate in the family. working for Ministry of Labour in Namibia as a Labour Inspector .I have been working for the Ministry for 7 years now My first position was Empolyment Officer were we focus on Youth unempolyment ,by registering and refering jobseekers for empolyment opportunties.It was a good experience the aim was to reduce unempolyment among the youth in my country .Currently i got a promotional position as a Labour Inspector in the same Ministry ,dealing with Labour issues in workplaces ,making sure Empolyers adhere to the Law and Empolyees know thier right too,conducting work place inspetions and Educating Empolyers and Empolyees on the Labour Act of Namibia.I would love to grow in my career .I am a Bachelors holder in Human Resources Management.
