My career has focused on managing and coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder projects, including EU-funded initiatives aimed at supporting economic development and enhancing community resilience. My experience at a regional development agency involved leading program management efforts, developing implementation frameworks, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring compliance with donor requirements across various development projects. Complementing my practical experience, I pursued a Master’s degree in Cultural Diplomacy: Arts and Media for International Relations and Global Communication, which has enabled me to blend my project management expertise with a solid academic foundation in strategic communication.
