Anne Marie UYISENGA is a dedicated Project Coordinator and SME Development Specialist with a proven record of designing and delivering high-impact initiatives that drive sustainable and inclusive growth. Drawing on her hands-on experience across agricultural value chains, youth and women’s economic empowerment, skills development, and financial inclusion, she is adept at strengthening MSMEs, cooperatives, and farming communities. In her roles at Cordaid International, Pro-Femmes Twese Hamwe, and the Rwanda Development Board, Anne Marie has successfully built collaborative partnerships with public and private sector stakeholders, facilitated access to tailored financial products, and enhanced the entrepreneurial capacity of youth- and women-led enterprises. Her expertise spans labor market matching, climate-resilient value chains, and SME competitiveness, all underpinned by her commitment to fostering lasting, inclusive economic progress. Anne Marie holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and is a Green Economy Fellow at the Environment for Development Initiative.
