Rana Saleh Al-Gawani

Rana Saleh Al-Gawani is a Yemeni professional who bridges the worlds of private sector development, academic research, and entrepreneurship. She currently serves as the Director of Chamber Affairs and the Acting Head of the Research and Studies Department at the Federation of Yemeni Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FYCCI). She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology, combining technical expertise with strategic insight. She also lectures at the International University of Technology Twintech, delivering courses in Marketing, Project Management, and Principles of Management. Her research portfolio includes published studies in digital transformation, project management, economic development, and technology’s impact on labor markets, reflecting her commitment to evidence-based policymaking. She has actively contributed to ILO-supported initiatives in Yemen, particularly in green economic development and skills training.
