Nina Minadakis

With over 10 years of experience across Africa, the Middle East, and the U.S., I design and lead transformational programs that center young people, confront systemic injustice, and strengthen the civic fabric of communities. My expertise lies in co-creating solutions through project design, adaptive management, facilitation, and learning systems that foster dignity, agency, and opportunity for all. At the heart of my work is a belief that everyone is a changemaker, and that equitable systems require innovation to reimagine participation in community, learning, and economic life as joyful, collective, and accessible.
