Born on January 29, 1986, in Itogon, Benguet, Philippines, Noriko D. Adriano is a distinguished member of the Igorot-Southern Kankana-ey ethnolinguistic group from the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR). After completing her secondary education with honors at Alejo M. Pacalso Memorial National High School in Bua, Tuding, Itogon, Benguet in 2002, she pursued higher education at Saint Louis University in Baguio City. There, she earned a Bachelor of Philosophy degree in 2006, demonstrating her dedication as a working scholar.
Noriko D. Adriano has a diverse skill set that includes painting, sculpture, baking, and cake decoration, showcasing her artistic and creative talents. Furthering her professional development, she completed Trainers Methodology I through the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) at the Baguio City School of Arts and Trades, now known as the Cordillera State Institute of Technical Education-Main.
Currently, Noriko serves as a Senior TESD Specialist at the TESDA Provincial Training Center in Nueva Vizcaya, where she contributes significantly to vocational education and training.
