I am Senior Grade Central Labour Service Officer n Minister of Labour & Employment of Govt. of India. Currently Posted as Deputy Director (Industrial Relations) in Headquarters in New Delhi. As a Labour Professional under Central Industrial Relations Machinary, I have more than decade experience in Conciliations and Mediations of industrial disputes, enforcement of minimum wages across industries, fast track disposal of disputes of migrant workers. As Director in Headquarters I am part of various committees and working groups on Labour Reforms and functioning of schemes likes Maternity Benefits, Inter migrant workers welfare, Workers activities etc. My educational qualification includes Post Grad degree in Law, Social Work, Human Resource Development & MIER( 2024-25) and Phd in Labour Welfare. Besides, as an old and perennial student of ITCILO i take immense pride to be part 'Alumni Network of ITCILO.
